A book you have to Solve to Read?

There is a new book on the market that you have to solve to even read. What does this even mean?!

DECIPHER Books "Solve to Read Volume 1" doesn't contain any known or written words. It's a cipher (a secret or disguised type of writing).

There are two full stories by a famous author in this 'first ever of its kind' (yes, there's never in all of human history been a book published like this - ever), but unless you solve it, you can't read it. It sounds crazy! But if you're into puzzles and games, sudoku, Wordle and things like that, you may actually like it! (and have a challenge on your hands).

To be fair, there is a "key" at the beginning of the book to help you get started, but that's the one (and only) clue throughout. Good Luck!

1x1=2?

The actor (and apparent genius to some) Terrence Howard came out a few months ago and said 1x1=2. Huh?

It seems that his argument is he doesn't believe in zero - "0".

If I have a carrot and you have no carrots, you have "none", but not zero.

Zero as a number doesn't exists it seems.

9x9=81

9x2=18

9x1=9

9x0=0

Where did the 9 go? And wouldn't 9x1=10 under this new math?

Rabbit will see how far down the trail this goes. It's going to take some time; there are a lot of actual non-actors who want to be actors so badly they've become influencers, saying he's wrong.

2,000 Years, No Shopping Cart

Rabbit can't believe! The shopping cart wasn't invented until 1937 by a man named Sylvan Goldman. An American businessman and owner of the Humpty Dumpty supermarket chain in Oklahoma City, he came up with the idea to increase customer purchases by making it easier for them to carry their items around the store. Inspired by a folding chair, he designed a metal cart with a basket on top and wheels on the bottom. Goldman partnered with a mechanic named Fred Young to create the first prototype. And the rest is ... a basket full of carrots! (er, cabbage?)

Something To Think About

A Short Story:

In the lively town of Bunnyville, a rabbit named Whiskers went to the market to buy his beloved carrots. As he approached the vegetable stand, he found a sign that read, "No Carrots Today – Try the Lettuce!"

Whiskers, puzzled and slightly disappointed, asked the stand owner, Mrs. Hedgehog, "What happened to the carrots?"

Mrs. Hedgehog smiled and replied, "Lettuce enjoy the day, and not worry about the carrots!"

Enjoy your week.

More carrots are coming.

The trail never ends.
